I have the same delima. I have inherited a used 721 in 06 that was my FIL deer rifle from the 50's. I know he took several deer with it and loved it but,,,,,,,,,beater is a good choice of words for it. He quiet hunting in the 70's and died in 92. Rifle sat in closet all that time and shows...

It was a good shoot. there were multiple shots fired by the perps. Regarding the DA.......it has to be reviewed by the local DA who will give a pass and rule it a justifiable homicide and preclude forever any other charges against the pharmacist. I myself had to be "cleared" by the DA years...

By the way, My Senator Tom COburn also opposed the Holder nomination and I received a letter similar to the Inhoff response. Glad to know some Okies have some backbone......unlike the east coast types.:cool:

Not everyone wants a membership to the NRA. I have no problem giving money to them through direct donations and with the rounding up feature at MIdway but that dosnt mean I want a membership there. Flame away....................:neener:

All I have ever had was a RCBS RS. Its always worked fine, but I dont do a lot of reloading. I like the RCBS RS well enough to have another around on the bench for two step set up:)

Well, I was serving an eviction notice with a county deputy one day years ago. The tenant came to the door with his pitt with him. Told us he wasn't leaving and he removed the leash from the pitt. I shot it dead right between his legs, and told him to be sure and take the pit with him...

Well, I have two old .22 rifles with no serials and one old bike pistol with no serial. Also an old stevens 12 with no serial I can find...........guess its possible. The one 22 is an old Sears/winchester 140 that is in excellent condition............great shooting too THe bike pistol dad...

Retired cop and fop here. Those calls are NOT from your local police and ususally we only got 25 % of anything they raised. If you want to give to your LOCAL PD Give it straight to that lodge and NOT to the national call center. Little bit of bitter experience here.
