T/C Encore I have a .50 muzzleloader and a .308 barrel for it. Mounted a Nikon Monarch scope on the .308 barrel last night.

Ruger LCP ..... yesterday. The XD40 was just to much for the 100+ weather right now. I'm not a big fan of small caliber firearms but a .380 is better than nothing at all. LCP vs XD40 12 yard target

Get the 1x optics so you can have a bench gun and another for speed to mix things up a bit.

My first gun belongs to my son now, my dad gave it to me when I was a kid. Its a Marlin Model 80.

:what: if given the choice, would you take a round of .223 or .45? :banghead: I agree .... the .223 will do the most damage.

Monarch's are excellent scopes "bright and clear".

Take a look at the Springfield Micro's. I think it's one of the best buys for the money.

It might be safer to toss it to the bad guy :neener: let him get hurt. Very impressive though.

+1 for a used Mark II or a new MarkIII Why ..... they are reliable and accurate. My Mark II 5.5 BBL is over 20 years old and has never given me a single problem. Looks and shoots like new.

About 3 months. They did not like my first set of fingerprints, that's the reason for the delay. Im in Deer Park, Texas just a few minutes away from Houston.

I have a lot of favorites, but this one was the first gun my dad gave me so it tops my list. It still has the finish :o I put on it when I was about 13. It belongs to my son now. Marlin Model 80
