    Sears Ranger Trigger Reassembly

https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B1XH77aYuBI2MWhWbDlTUkNHN2s/edit?usp=sharing here's the WWII Army manual on shotguns. Pages 59-87 refer to Stevens 520, 520A, 620, and 620A disassembly and reassembly procedures. might be a little late in the game, but always trying to befriend fellow 520...

Whats your Assault Rifle of choice

General Disarray, agreed! Been there, done that approach, was the best way to learn by doing 'em all simultaneously. After you get happy with one/several calibers/platforms, let the mods begin!! And for gosh sakes, locate a shooting "center" where you can get some consistent range time.

Whats your Assault Rifle of choice

One that worked for me.... FWIW, econo-box Norinco 1994 jobber; updated with all the 922R bits, with an added 75-round ChiCom drum for "shock and awe" factor. Don't be makin' no comments about the rustoleum kustom job! The other is pretty assaulting too, plain jane 3" chambered...

Alright Lets See Those Assault Rifles

My M48 assault rifle..... and my M39 assault rifle..... 8mm and 7.62x54R do the trick, too!!:neener: FWIW, the M39 is a 1941 Valmet (VKT) build on a '96 Tula. THAT rifle probably took out a few Russkies! Adam Lee

    KT S2k in .40 - trunk gun!

Hey all. Wondering if others here use KT Sub 2k's for fun and HD? I commute about 35 miles each way, and mine is my "trunk gun" of choice....Glock 22 mags, easy to shoot, good power out of a 16" bbl. Anyway, here's a thumbs up to a fun and practical little pistol-caliber carbine! Adam

Registering a shotgun as an SBS

SBS build Well, for me; it's gonna be a fun summer project to make something of my beater old police 870. It's a very worn-in '74-'76 Wingmaster receiver. I want to make it a 14"bbl setup, with either an M-4 style collapsible stock or just a topfolder. I'll strip all metal finish...

Thinking of a "trunk rifle," suggestions?

trunk rifle I do enjoy this thread; however, the premise is a little flawed, IMO. If you and your wife want safety/protection that a "trunk rifle" would provide, isn't bottom dollar cost somewhat limiting? For that reason, I'd agree with a number of the chaps on the board who have...

    Purpose of Kel-Tec Sub2000 Carbine?

Kel Tec Sub2k, .40 S&W, G22 mags What's not to love?;) A .40 cal folding carbine that uses the same mags as a duty G22. Mine shoots great, never has a FTF/FTE, and with training is accurate. I believe the Sub2k (.40) gains in MV and ME increase to something like 1600fps and 600...

My "new" SAPD Glock 22 came in...yay!

Glock 22 and Kel-Tec Sub2k in 40 S&W That's a nice duo! How do they shoot? Thanks! The G22 should shoot great; just got it and field-stripped it yesterday and will be shooting this weekend. The Kel-Tec I've had about a year and a half; it shoots well and at the 50-yard ranges I've used...

My "new" SAPD Glock 22 came in...yay!

Alright...it's here! :) The G22 that I won on an auction site came in today via my FFL buddy. Just as I expected from a police duty gun....holster wear, and a minty bore. Very pleased! My Kel-Tec Sub2k shares mags with this Glock, so I've met a goal I had for awhile...carbine & pistol in a...

recommended .357 SIG barrels for G22

Hi all, I'm a new owner of an ex-police G22, and one of the first things I want to do is start hearing about the recommended .357 SIG barrels out there. I've seen them priced from hi to low, what do you readers have to say? I know that some claim to be "drop-in", some do not, I don't worry...
