    1943, WW ll, Was 7 years old. All of us kids had "real" looking M-1s made of wood. We would play out the things we saw in the war movies and "news of the day". 12 years later I joined the Air Force for 20 + years.

    scope

    Back in 1966, living in Montana, I bought a Remingyon 700 BDL 30-06. It had a Lyman 3X scope. Wearing glasses I could never learn to use the scope. My question is, Is ther a scope style better for some one with glasses or do I just need to practice.

    The 642 club

    ammo Just picked up my 642-2. Will go to the range on Sat. What type of rounds should I pratice with and shoot to certify for CCW next week. I believe we will shoot 50 rounds to qualify.
