.22 rock...I love picking up the WAllmart special, 550 rnds of Rem for a little over $10. Wouldn't mind a .22 handgun at all, very cool.

Revolver here, I brought this question up in a slightly different way in another thread. I shoot my 9mm more but with my .357, I usually always dead on. For me it has to do with the action, I know exactly when the .357 is going to fire, with the 910 it's a little more touchy.

I had the same questions when I bought mine. Most important thing you can do is clean the gun after every time you use it. Never use steel wool on the front of the cylinder, you'll eventually increase the clearances between the cylinder and forcing cone and get that oh so favorable "obviously...

The reviews of it I've heard so far have been quite good. Taurus I think makes a quality firearm anyway so I don't think I'd hesitate to pick one up myself. $450 you really can't go wrong. Sure, I'd love a Spring or Kimber or Para, etc, but hell, if I wanted a 1911 out of impulse I'd pick up...

And the funny thing is, I thought I found the guns happy point. In DA I seem to shoot better because I know when the gun will fire, but a lot of people have that same problem with any autoloader.

The Springs I've shot I wasn't that impressed with, but I also had the same luck with the Kimber as well. IMO, nothing beats a Para as far as 1911's go, especially with LDA ;)

Hell, that sounds like something I may try. I was contemplating some Hogue wood grips but that sounds better.

That's one thing I loved about mine when I got it, the trigger. I shot a couple other revs before, including the GP100. It's not a bad gun by any means, just not for me. The SA is also great and the gun itself is very accurate with a 4" barrel.

I think the S&W performance shop will bobb the hammer for you, if not any gunsmith can.
