    CZ P-01 recoil

P-01 Recoil.... Although I will agree that the recoil of a P-01 is a bit snappier than that of a larger steel framed pistol (SP-01, full sized CZ75 or similiar). It isn't any more and probably less than most polymer guns. I have a Ruger SR9 that has as much snap, maybe more, in recoil and it is...

    CZ question

The grip on the SP-01 is slightly higher than that on the CZ-75, so the trigger is just a tad bit closer.

    CZ?

My opinion My P-01s are probably the best pistols overall that I have ever owned.

what are some MUST HAVE semi-automatic pistols??

What? No Highpoint on anyones list? :) Any list of must have guns should be made up of ones that have started a trend if not a revolution. Most of the guns mentioned fit that bill. I'm suprised that JJ was the only one so far to put the Walther PPK on a list, +1.

Learned something.... I realize that buying less expensive rounds allows more practice, but there is a trade off. It will either be less reliable or not as accurate as a better quality round. At least you pointed to the ammunition as the culprit, some believe that their gun is the problem. If...

Ruger MK 111 all metal or CZ Cadet?

CZF, the Ruger Mark series are outstanding 22lr pistols. A little tough to teardown and put back together but accurate and extremely reliable. I am in the process of purchasing a Kadet pistol as I am also a huge backer of CZ's (I own five 9mm's) and want a good range toy. Having a gun that feels...

Hey Look! It's a WTH is that gun thread!

Yeah, flemish is a funny language. Written it looks like french, spoken it sounds like german mixed with french but every fourth or fifth word sounds english.

Armscor and EAA same CZ clone?

I don't want to sound like a "know it all", this is out of their catalog, easy enough. Wonder finish is Tanfoglio’s heat treating process for steel. It is not a plating, so it will not separate from the base metal. This heat treating process increases the surface hardness, thus decreasing...

Armscor and EAA same CZ clone?

The 'wonder finish' is a hardening process that makes the steel less prone to corrosion. It is not an actual finish applied to the gun's metal but a treatment. I don't know much about the Armscor but choosing it over a CZ?????

CZ Kadet pistol vs Walther P22

You guys are awesome, thanks for the replies. The only reason I'm looking at a complete Kadet pistol is I like my CZ's the way they are and would just prefer another gun as opposed to the conversion kit. My CZ pistols, if anybody cares are a SP-01, 2 P-01's (one with a laser grip) and a very old...

CZ Kadet pistol vs Walther P22

I own several CZ 9mm's and am looking for a .22 that holds and shoots like a centerfire pistol. I know that the P22 has had some problems in the past but I want an honest opinion. Thanks.

    Cz 83

+1 to armoredman, I also recommend the P-01 and I do own an '83. The CZ83 is a good gun, the P-01 is a very fine gun.

CZ75B <-> CZ P-01 parts interchangeability, specifically trigger?

One thing I forgot to add in my first post is with the SP-01 and P-01, your hand rides a little higher on the grip. That makes the reach just a little shorter.

CZ75B <-> CZ P-01 parts interchangeability, specifically trigger?

They will switch out, not much of a difference between them. The SP-01 trigger is the same as the P-01's, the 75's has a lesser arc to it.
