before you call me stupid i know i am....i reloaded 100 45acp rounds with 5.2 grs. of bullseye and hornady 230gr. XTP bullets. when i was finished i realized i used CCI magnum large pistol primers instead of standard large pistol primers. my question is with the load being this...
i shoot alot of .223 ammo out of a ruger no.1 and a savage bolt gun. i mostly shoot at 200 meters(about 220yards) and have never had to go over safe pressures, my no.1 shoots on average about 1.25in and my savage shoots about the same. i am not telling you what to do but for me i worry about...
you shoot with people that you don't really like but they don't reload and always shoot expensive ammo(hornady, black hills,ect,ect) in the same caliber you shoot?
i have been using it mostly in .223 rem. I have had great luck with 50gr. vmax bullets, 28.2gr. powder and federal match primers. great accuracy at 200 yards with a no.1v.

just wanted to take a minute to say hello to all. i am mostly into rifles and reloading but also shoot pistols. i live in central florida and am an avid shooter.
