I bought one of these after buying the fullsize brother awhile back. I put 200 rds thru it with no issues whatsoever....accurate...snappy with decent loads but that's to be expected. I like it....it's smooth...well made. Definite value for the price. I swapped the VZ grips out just like I did on...
Witness Hunter relief cuts
Gentlemen,
I got the expected reply....they are relief cuts. I'll be shooting the crap out of it....I'll give a range report afterwards. Thanks for all the replies....
Frame cracks
I hope they get back to you. I got an initial reply but follow up. I'll have to recheck mine....it's been awhile since I last checked them. Keep us posted on their response....
When I searched this issue, the only references I found were for slide cracks....nothing frame related.
Hunter cuts
I googled several different searches and turned up nothing viable before I brought it back......I own 5 other Witness weapons, 3 are in 10mm...Steel...Stock...and a Match, none of those has any relief cuts but then if they started doing this in the last 2-3 years...it wouldn't apply...
Witness Hunter Pics
Here you go. If those are relief cuts, the one side is jagged, the other side is smooth. I would think they both would be smooth cuts.
Witness
I own 5 in 45 and 10mm...
2 are the Wondefinish Steel...2 are the Stock...and 1 Match.
All good guns.

I've...
I have heard that you can neck up 30-30 brass by using 32 Winchester Special resizing dies and it will work in the 32 fine. Has anyone done this and if so, exactly what was your process?
I have a 1949 Winchester in 32 Win Spl and will be reloading for it. Brass is scarce...so this would be...
Not really a FNG
Haven't ever introduced myself. From Blaine, Mn. Love handguns, especially anything chambered in 10mm! Actively carry and shoot. I do all my own reloading and have since 1986. Active Hunter, RC Flyer, Fishing (when able), Shooter.:)
Seriously
Your weapon does you no good unless it is loaded. You can't reliably expect this device to work consistently. If you have chambered a round and holstered your weapon, you know you and your weapon are ready. You have alot of things that could go wrong with a holster like this such as...
Leather
You Gentlemen should seriously consider Nate at UBG Leather. His work is 1st rate and the wait is only 3-4 weeks not 9 months like some other places.
