I shoot wolf and silver bear in my PTR-91. No problems what so ever. Just eats it up. If you get it, buy the cheap mags as soon as possible (if there are any left)

Why don't you adjust the elevation zero on the HK91. You can do it with a pair of needle nose pliers and a phillips screwdriver. There are procedures for it on the internet. I zero on at 100 yards with the 2 setting.

On the other hand. You do not need a license to drive a vehicle on private property. You do not have to have a license on the vehicle as well on private property. Why would a license be needed for a gun? DaveUSAF

You can get a new LMT rear sight at Botach Tactical for around $50. I know some people have had issues with Botach but I got mine in about 4 days. Dave

Your transportation office should have the info or the base legal office for firearms shipping and restrictions for your gaining location. What was good a few years ago is usually no longer valid so unless someone is currently at the locations you ask about, the info you get may be out of date...
