Your welcome. About the only place around here that has them are saddle shops and them are becoming few and far between. Enjoy your Miami Classic. They are great holsters.
Optics Planet has a 4 pack for $4.76. Item GC-HH-SCREWB. They show to have 11 sets in stock. They also have quite a few accessories for the Galco Miami Classic holsters.
I have two of their barrels for my Dan Wesson 44 magnum. Fit, finish, and quality is excellent. I don't think you will be disappointed. If it is not in stock it may take some time for delivery. I think mine took around two to three months.
The ring between the forearm and the receiver is a lock ring. If you don't have a spanner wrench you can loosen the ring with a punch and hammer. If memory serves me correctly you will need to turn it clockwise to loosen. Once loose the forearm should turn freely.
The 22/45 is available in a blue model called the "Black-Lite"' it's a TALO exclusive. I believe they made around 3000 of them. My boss picked one of them up and loves it. He is 85 and decided to take up shooting again after about a 40 year break.
You might think about buying the standard...
My first handgun was a Smith Model 59. I purchased the gun used/unfired in 1987. It was a fun gun to shoot, but accuracy was not that great so I sold the gun and bought a 6" revolver (still have the revolver). Looking back I think the ammo I was using was probably the major contributing...
I've had 3 sets of grips on my Redhawk. The current set of grips is the Pachmayr Decelerator grips. These grips feel good and absorb recoil well, but they wear a blister on the palm of my hand. I ended up getting a set of padded shooting gloves. That solved my problem. As mentioned above...
I went back and measured the wall thickness of my chambers and got varying measurements from 0.050 - 0.054. Your right it changes with the depth of the chamber. Your measurement of 0.054 is probably close enough for a speed loader. What did you get for the cylinder diameter?
Owen - I like...
That's kind of what I did to get the diameter the chambers were located on. I just started from the outside. I measured the outside diameter of the cylinder (1.308), divided by 2 to get the radius of the cylinder (0.654), subtracted the outside wall thickness of the chamber (0.050), subtracted...
Okay, measuring a Smith 642 cylinder I came up with 0.485 on the short line and 0.784 on the long line. The speed loader measured 0.483 on the short line and 0.780 on the long line. Doing a little more measuring and simple math I figured the chamber locations to be centered on a 0.828...
I think we all assumed that a 5 shot j-frame equates to 38/357 caliber. If the OP had specified 6 shot j-frame we would need to ask 22 or 32. Good point though.
The inner dimension is harder to hold. I will measure the speedloader and a Smith J frame. I'll have a better idea tomorrow. I have more measuring tools in my desk at work. Specifically my small calipers. I will try to get the center diameter of the holes and the angle from center of each...
Using a 85 Taurus I got 0.823 on the long line and 0.511 on the short line. I will measure a speedloader tonight and see if I get the same dimensions. I used (outside dimension + inside dimension) divided by 2.
There is a very good review of this particular model on gunblast website.

I have often considered this model myself. However, I already have 2 SP101's. It is much more refined than the SP101.
