It's always nice to progress in your skills and knowledge of your equipment. That's how I feel now that I got that first 1000 rounds with my new Dillon 550. Small frustrations progressed to lots of fun!

My understanding is that it would by the sherif of the county you live in. I have no doubt the the Greene county sherif where I live would sign off but I opted for the trust route.
