What would be the point of having a gun for hd and not having it either on you or near you? sure you can put it in the bedside drawer, but when you are in the living room and someone breaks in and cuts you down before you can get to the bedroom? so much for protecting your home.

Navy, the only states i know of laws in are nc and florida. As far as i know, in florida at a gun show you can get away with not having a background check just like in florida you can sell to a person if you are a private seller without needing a permit from them. (i could be wrong on the gun...
