Actually is in the very end of the chamber. Got a wood dowel no good. Got a metal dowel a bit smaller then barrel no good. Do they make an extractor sort of like an easy out ?

Help needed. Got a friends Winchester Model 190 with a discharged casing stuck in the barrel. Found this problem when I went to clean the firearm.The primer end is gone. How can I get this thing out ? Thanks
