I own a Bersa .380 and a KT P32. No personal experience with the KT 3AT. I have been disappointed with the Kel-Tec due to light strikes and an overall plastic / cheap type feel. The Bersa has never had a misfire and feels good in the hand. I would recommend the Bersa.

Look for land that adjoins a state forest or other government owned land that will not be developed.

I used to carry a Ruger P95 in an Uncle Mikes fanny pack. Found it to be not very comfortable. Usually carry a Bersa .380 IWB now, but if I want the P95 still carry that way. I still think it is a good way to carry given other less viable options.

Sounds like the school district does not have any practical ideas to stem the problem, so they implemented some superficial rules to make it look like they are doing something. Kinda reminds me of the 1994 AWB. Didn't accomplish anything, but made a few folks feel good.

Bersa .380 is an excellent choice. Don't own a P38T, but do own a P32. The Bersa is the way to go.
