You might consider the Streamlight Polytac C4 LED. It's comparable to the new Surefire G2L. You can almost get two for the price of one G2L. I own two and love them. It's brighter than my Surefire 6P and much lighter.
The PT2L is great. I'd buy one again. For EDC switching to low is great and...
I would file a complaint based on the officer's unprofessional behavior. These statements were made after the OP was cuffed and the weapons were secured. The officer should be taking statements and gathering information, not lecturing. Leave that to a judge.
BTW glad you're okay and when did...
The beauty (oxymoron?) about Glocks is in it's simplicity. Pull the trigger and BANG that's it. Glocks have only 33 parts excluding the magazine. Check out the Glock Torture Test, it's pretty impressive. Glock also has outstanding customer service. I live near Glock in Smyrna GA and I can go...
I think it's overlooked b/c the company itself is relatively new, established in 1992. Compare that to Colt 1836 and S&W 1852. Hi-Point also isn't offering anything new like Glock did when they first started producing guns in the early 80's. Glock is just the benchmark for plastic guns.
Glock 19. The G26 wasn't an option but you might want to consider it. I love it. IMO the G26 is big for a subcompact, it has a 3.46" barrel. Most subs are 3".
I was in a similar situation. I ended up getting a Glock 26 for my EDC and a Kel-Tec PF9 for deep concealment. I would have gotten the CW9 instead of the PF9 but couldn't fund that purchase. I actually carry the PF9 more b/c I can just pocket the gun b/c of it's small size and weight.
I picked up a S&W 908S for $275 in excellent condition off Gunsamerica.com last summer. I swapped out the plastic recoil spring guide assembly with the 3913 metal one. I love it and it's my EDC gun. I've fired over 1000 rounds and no malfunctions.
i've read threads on this but need some clarification. i live in georgia and am interested in buying a handgun from a private seller who resides in georgia, cash only.
i am going to ask for a bill of sale but if he doesn't agree to it should i renege? my only concern with these kind of...
Trail cameras are a great idea along with the plexiglass. And the flood lights with motion activation.
Something sounded off to me when I first heard all this a couple years ago. My FIL being a retired LEO, recipient of the Medal of Valor (I've seen it), and the brothers in blue won't help...
