Yes, the firing pin is making a very good indent on them. I'm wondering if I might need a stronger trigger/recoil spring to make them fire reliably.

I recently purchased a ruger mini 30 and have gotten a ton of misfires with it while shooting Russian ammo. I haven't tried it with American stuff yet. Does anyone else here have a mini 30, and if so have you ever had misfiring problems?
