They sell flintlock muskets. The catch is that the vent hole is not drilled. They say that a gunsmith can drill this later. Anyone have experience with these arms? Can't I just drill this myself? (or drill and tap for a screw-in vent liner?) -If so, then what size hole? I'm interested in...

I think that the original post inquired about the 45ACP because that is probably the only handgun readily available. I doubt that the larger hunting calibers are available in Cambodia (unless you have $$$). In the Philippines the 45ACP is considered the king of handguns.

I recently changed the front dovetail sight on my Ruger 10/22. It required some filing (of the sight) to get it to fit. After shooting about 50 rounds the sight fell off. Oops, I guess I filed off too much. So what do I do now? Loc-tite (which color?)?
