I have a Hornady and it works good. No issues for the most part. Every now and then I get an over charge but that's about it, but no serious gripes.
I'd like to give the Lyman Gen 6 a whirl but no funds to do that.
Go to the hardware store or home depot and get rubber o-rings, they are found in the hardware or plumbing sections.
I'd just scrap the brass.
Just curious, how do you know the primers are bad?
I've seen some pretty old cartridges fire.
For $12, this Frankford Arsenal Quick-N-Ez Impact Bullet Puller https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001B7ZB4Q/ does the trick all day long. Its not something I want to be doing all day long, but it works.
I used it at a quick reference guide. It's especially handy when your at a store where you cannot get cell service and you need to find out of a certain powder can be used with certain cartridges, and you can't access the internet for whatever reason.
