    Reloading Ballistics Books

I prefer the Lyman book, I think there's a wider array of data.

    RCBS Chargemaster or Hornady

I have a Hornady and it works good. No issues for the most part. Every now and then I get an over charge but that's about it, but no serious gripes. I'd like to give the Lyman Gen 6 a whirl but no funds to do that.

    Need help on several fronts

Go to the hardware store or home depot and get rubber o-rings, they are found in the hardware or plumbing sections. I'd just scrap the brass. Just curious, how do you know the primers are bad? I've seen some pretty old cartridges fire.

Titegroup or BE-86 for cast 9mm?

I use Titegroup for 9 and 40 cast and it works fine. It's good for plinking.

    Best reloading manual

If there are specific calibers you're looking for, Lyman makes caliber specific brochures/pamphlets and so does Gun Guides.

    Bullet Puller break even

For $12, this Frankford Arsenal Quick-N-Ez Impact Bullet Puller https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001B7ZB4Q/ does the trick all day long. Its not something I want to be doing all day long, but it works.

anybody use "Reloading Assistant" android app?

I used it at a quick reference guide. It's especially handy when your at a store where you cannot get cell service and you need to find out of a certain powder can be used with certain cartridges, and you can't access the internet for whatever reason.
