i load 32 acp, 9mm, 40, 357 and 44mag. i do load 38s to shoot in my 357 from time to time - but prefer to load light on the 357.
in the area where i live, central nc...we seem to have plenty of powder. easy to find in charlotte.
i have checked the hodgdon site and found data but i wanted to hear from someone who had actually used it. found one guy who used it for "wimpy" 40 loads with good results. he said it really burns clean.
anybody use clays for 32 acp, 9mm or 40 s&w.
went to the gun store today and asked for universal but i was given clays by mistake. it's too much of a hassle to take it back so i would rather use it if possible.
should have checked the bag before i left but i didn't.
thanks
i have 2 tomcats that both slug at .310. i ordered a sample pack of missouri bullets - 78 grain and .313 in diameter. fairly new to shooting lead and was wondering if the .313 was too large. will be using 1.8 grains of hp-38.
