They lost me when they added that stupid loaded chamber indicator on the top. If it is anything like the one that is on the SR9C, obnoxious just barely describes it and anything that sticks out is a big no-no on a pocket gun.

I can hold 2 - 3" groups at 50 yards shooting them off of the shoulder in both my Mossberg 500 and my Benelli Nova. Both guns have smooth barrels. The Mossy has a 24" cylinder bore barrel and the Benelli has an 18 1/2" improved cylinder bore barrel. And yes, they do kick :)

You obviously do not own one. With mine, at 15 yards I can easily hold all of my shots within a 7 inch circle. At 7 yards I get rapid fire groups that I can cover with the palm of my hand. I shoot my LCP as well or better than I do my 2" J-frames at the same distances.

I think that the experiences of the security contractors mentioned in this article give a pretty good view of what one can expect from 9mm fmj. As usual, the information from their perspective seems to bear out the theory that placement is more important than caliber...
