Not new to firearms but new to 1911's. Haven't shot one since I got out of the Army 23 years ago. Anyway, picked up this slightly used Springfield yesterday and have already made my first range trip. Needless to say, I'm hooked.

I'll add on..Got my 22A for Christmas in 2008. Great pistol and very accurate. Goes to the range with me EVERY trip. Haven't found the ammo yet that it won't shoot.
