Update talked to customer service rep he is sending me a new barrel and if that does not fix the issue I will have to send in a new gun for a replacement. Will update when the barrel comes in.

Yea being half the feed ramp is missing there's not much I can do. I.O. not answering phones today either though I left them another message. Buds gave me a ticket so I guess I am waiting in line for help from them. Worst part is if I had to I don't even think I could find a barrel online to buy.

Yes live and learn I am waiting to hear back from I.O. as well as budsgunshop although I know its not their fault I have heard they are more willing to help out customers than this manufacture is.
