I'll have to defer to someone who has an m4 as to their capacity. I know my m2 has an 18.5" barrel and my added tube holds 7+1 as compared to the factory tube which held 5+1. -Scott

I have serpa cqc holsters for my glock 27, xd 40, and 5" sa trp. I give the holster 2 thumbs way up! I'm a big guy, but they all work fine with coats, sweatshirts, and any garments one would realistically wear while wearing an owb holster. The retention system is great- secure yet v v fast...

I just thought I'd jump in on the ptr bandwagon... I think the hk sights are great once you have the zeroed appropriately, I also would point out that I believe the ptr chamber has more flutes than the original 91, so it may* have slightly less recoil, and I also don't see any reason I couldn't...

I own an xd 40 and a glock 27, plus I've done quite a bit of shooting with the g22. For myself I find the xd to have a more comfortable grip, a better trigger feel, and presents better. Grip actual and trigger feel are totally personal though. I'd say xd but ymmv... -Scott
