    RCBS

Agree, RCBS cares about customers I have been shooting for 25 years plus, and in that period have had many interactions with RCBS. I have always had positive experiences with RCBS. They are a company which sets a positive example in this industry.

    old dominion shows in virginia

They're ok, but it smaller than, say the Chantilly show or the Richmond show. Last one I wen to was about the size of a high school gym, with overflow into the parking lot. The good news is that the parking is free.

Where is the love for AK-47's?

There is something to be said about ergonomics. The AR platform has that a-plenty. Also accuracy and potential in that department. But the AK series gets my vote for utter reliability and killing power of the round.

Cheap big scope shootout. BSA 6-24x40 vs. Leapers 4-16x56.

Thank you to Elmerfudd for a good report. I am not a scope snob and I do not mean my comments to denigrate the BSA's of the world. My contrarian view was meant to actually help the scope buying consumer (like myself) by exposing the difference between the expensive scopes and the economy...

Cheap big scope shootout. BSA 6-24x40 vs. Leapers 4-16x56.

This is the beginning of a a good, spin-free, baseline scope comparison. Are there any comparisons with better scopes like Leupold, S&B, Zeiss, or Nightforce?

keeping moisture out of gun safe??

You don't want to keep all of the moisture out of your safe, That would dry up any wood you have contained within. What you want to do is manage the moisture content inside the safe. I would imagine, based on the OP, that you have excessive moisture. Moisture content would be a function of the...
