I recently finished my AR15 build, and I progressively lost interest in it as time went on, and now I have little to no interest in owning an AR15 of this type. SO I am now looking to sell my AR. The gun has less than 50 rds through it and is in mint condition. How much can I expect to sell it...

I received my 20" YHM Heavy barrel 1in9 twist today In the mail. I plan on using it for varmints and targets out to 300 yards maximum. I am very interested in the 20" AR platform with collapsible stocks, I am building something very similar to the LaRue build above.

Awesome guys, so I guess my question now is... Can I just buy a YHM barrel and a YHM bolt carrier assembly and be okay with headspace ?

Got a quick question, when assembling an AR upper is it crucial to check for headspace? If so is there any way to avoid this? For example, could i just buy the barrel and bolt from the same manufacturer? Such as Daniel Defense or YHM? -Thanks

Awesome. Thanks guys, i think Im just going to go with a YHM 16" that I know for a fact has feedramps.

Im in the process of building an AR 16" upper, just one problem, Im not quite sure what M4 feedramps are? I understand that if you have an M4 upper receiver, you need to have a barrel with feedramps as well. Also does this barrel have M4 feedramps....? The website does not specify...

I plan on shooting paper and varmints with this barrel and would like to experiment with handloads as well. So I think 1-8 twist is the way to go.

Finished my lower last weekend, and now moving on to the upper, I know that I want a heavy (.920) barrel and either a 20" or 24" length. That said, I do not know what twist to get, 1 in 8 or 1 in 9? The rifle will be used for targets up to 200 yards. Suggestions for other options of barrel...

Hey everybody, just finished my lower, and now moving on towards the upper. Ive noticed that there are two types of upper receivers... M4 Feed ramps and no Feed ramps. Does an upper with feed ramps determine what kind of barrel I need? -Thanks In advance
