I do believe it is an addiction, in which indulgence in the addiction feeds an industry that cannot keep up with demand. The wildcatters have taken cases, resized for another caliber, and challenged manufacturers to keep up. While understanding their positions and limitations, I am still...

Going to be a charm. Things could possibly change regarding the Dasher brass. A lot of machinations going on now in the industry.

Just went to Kelbly site. Not seeing KTM. Could it be KTS? That stock is such a great beginning to a true competition build. What will you be using for brass?

Disappointment in the new RCBS Rock Chucker Supreme Reloading Kit

"To get a good price on a kit, something has to give somewhere else." Once the potential buyer understands why they have lower priced kits they are apt to make better decisions. It is about marketing that is done to help the companies, not the consumer. It seems fundamental to me that one...

To turn or not to turn

Future readers should pay attention here and make decisions based upon whether they or not they have a tight bore and where they are wanting to end up. Off to a super start. Which model of Kelby? I am asking because I recently looked into f-class and found out they have specs on butt stock angle. To turn or not to turn

When using bushing dies and any resulting bulge on the neck is below seating depth of the bullet: let's get some thoughts regarding whether you turn the bulge off from the necks...and why.

What are your plans for a stock? I think the one in my avatar would be acceptable but not sure specs on butt stock angle. My understanding is that it has to have at least some slant?

    New brass vs. fired

6br Lapua brass can have overly snug necks so I run an expander through. This also irons out some minute discrepancies in the neck. Don't see a downside unless doing a 6 improved, in which case it is often advised to leave neck tension, load a "stout load" and jam firmly-blows case out fully...

Long Range Precision Rifle Reloading Handbook

Checked out this book. Looks useful, though dated. I have a lot of time to read and this looks ideal, given my interests, specifically "back in the day" stuff. Things are a changin' Joe.Thanks for steering me onto this.
