It does it with brass cased ammo. Never shot any steel cased. I think. It has an external extractor. I was hoping I wouldn't have to go through the hassle of sending it to them, but your probably right.

I have a Kimber Pro CDP II and maybe about 400 rounds fired. It fires the first magazine flawlessly, but on nearly every mag after, 1 or 2 cases won't eject. They get stuck in the chamber, the ejector slips off and it tries to cycle another round. It really pisses me off, especially since I paid...
