needed the cash
I've traded a couple handguns for larger calibers. 2 guns I sold because I needed the cash. It was a long time ago. Now I wish I hadn't sold them. Ruger Redhawk 41 magnum revolver SS. They don't make it anymore. Also a Ruger mini 14 ranch rifle all set up with scope and bipods.
Why would you want the cheapest when it comes to defending your life or your friends and family!!! Spend the bucks and get the best product that fits what you want!!
Doesn't matter
When I buy a gun, I buy what I want or I have it modified to be what I want. Re-sale isn't the issue. If and when you do sell the gun there's a pretty good chance that someone will love it just the way you have it set up.
Think I've finaly decided.
HK P30sks 9mm V3 DA/SA Ambi safety, Rear decocker, w/tritium night sights.
Corbon 115 DPX or Corbon JHP +P
Thank you all for the replies!!:)
"Be advised that there are small 40's and 45's available if you prefer a bigger bullet."
Originally I was looking at a Sig Ultra .45 , but still would like something smaller. Then I got to looking at HK's. I really like them!
For a week or 2 I was going back and forth between the P2000sk...
Thanks for the replies.
I have no problem putting all of my shots center of mass at 7-10 yrds.
For years my thinking has been bigger is better. But now it's time for a smaller lighter carry gun.
I'm looking to buy a new carry gun. Smaller and lighter than what I have now.
30+ year ago I knew a man that was shot 3 times with a .38 and beat the crap out of the guy that shot him, The following week, I traded my 9mm toward a 10mm, and my .38 toward a 44 special.
I was thinking about...
In a forest that we go to often, There are Bears, Coyote, and some big cats. I always carry when I go there. 10mm, OWB strong side. If I'm someplace where I might run into others I'll wear a long tailed shirt to kind of hide it.
My wife chose her first gun without my help. A smith and Wesson 5 shot revolver in357. She shoots it very well in both .38 and hot 357 loads. When she decided it was to heavy and bulky to carry all the time she bought a Berretta 32 Tomcat. Nice little gun!
