Friend of mine (all thumbs) has asked me to install a timney side safety trigger on his 1960 vintage Weatherby/ Mauser. I ordered a Timney 301 featherweight trigger and a new bolt shroud. Parts swap went OK but now the striker assembly only falls/moves a fraction of an inch. Anyone out there...

I have an extra 336 and was wondering if anyone has tried to convert one to .44 mag or .45 LC ?? Do the barrell and other parts from the 1894 marlin lever interchange......I would like to convert mine to 45 LC if possible...THANKS :rolleyes:

Has anyone out in THR had any experience with a S&W model 845 45 ACP ?? Local shop has one in like new condition with four mags. It is one of the "Preformance Center " guns. It is for sale for $600.00 . I can find no information "on the net" ref this firearm. Think this is a good buy ????
