My favorite rifle is probably my Marlin 30as, 30-30 that was 21 years old and new in the box when I got it. :D Killed my first two deer wth this rifle last season, a 7 point buck and a doe.

I've decided to just go without. I'm not going to pay to have 4 tiny skrews sent to me :cool:

I guess I'll order them but I don't know how much I'm willing to pay for shipping for $2 worth of skrews. Worst case I'll just go without on the trip. I don't plan on shooting in the rain or in a dust storm anyways.

Thanks for the advice everyone. I'll try to mess with the sights a little today, and it that doesn't work I'll get it checked out. I don't think Marlin will cover it since it's 21 years olds, but who knows. :D

Kansan, as far as the shotgun goes I have thought about the shotgun clamp/stand beetween the two seats. And for the pistol, I would rig a holster to attach to the outside of the center console.

I can purchase OC spray and the stronger bear spray at my local gun shop. And I think Dog the bounty hunter carries bear spray, if I'm correct. So i guess it's legal in Hawaii, or for recovery agents.
