If I were to get an FN SPR complete action, how hard would it be and what tools/equipment would I require to barrel it? Never done this before and I'm considering my first build for a bolt action rifle. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Already been done. I was at Niles a while back and someone had a muzzle loader with picatinny rails. It was tacticooled out with a $2,000 ACOG, laser, and flashlight.
