the P2000sk accepts the USP compact and P2000 but not the VP9 or P30. Can't get the VP9 or P30 anyway, (out of stock, delivery date keeps getting moved back) so doesn't make much difference.
A nice feature for the USP compact mag is they make a small piece that fills the gap left by the mag...
Thanks for the real world review. I've been eying these for the longest time. Nice to hear some good things. I'm not a big fan of Glock but don't hate them either. I just might have to take a closer look.
10 inches
My hand also spans 10 inches, big hands. I love the fit of my H&K USP full size (9, 40 or 45, all a great fit although the 45 is a tiny bit bigger.
The VP9 is a little tight from the finger roll to the trigger guard, so it is a squeeze, and rubs my finger a little too much up...
step up to H&K
Then step up to an H&K P2000sk 9mm with LEM light trigger. The light trigger is adjustable down to 5.5 pounds, not bad for a DA. There is also a DA/SA version. they call them v1 - LEM light DA, v2 - standard heavy DA, and v3 - SA/DA. Sounds like you would like the V1, LEM light...
At the bottom end on cost the Crickett or Chipmunk; single shot, bolt action, manual cocking 22. Its lots of fun, and teaches you a lot about the basic working of a gun. single shot, not semi-auto Crickett 22LR little single shot bolt action .22.

That's kind of what I'm hearing. Do you still like/use them?

Got my wife a new S&W Bodyguard which she picked out and loves. I want to get her a couple of speedloaders. Looking at the HKS 36-A but read one review that they don't fit well, really tight to the frame.
Anyone have actual experience with the S&W Bodyguard and the HKS 36-A or any other speed...
ditto on Rem. 22 Golden Bullet, the bottom bar for bad. They make other rounds that are good though.
W. White I think are good for the price. I suspect that when ammo was being horded and they couldn't keep up with supply there may have been some lower quality batches, but I can't say from...
still wondering if anyone has actually bought one of these new Walthers and given it a good trial run. One is on my list for '08 (well, if they get them approved for California that is), but would love to hear some reports...
The experience that crybaby relates is one that I have heard often and it is why I don't own a Ruger. I have 2 trailsides and 3 Beretta Neos.
For cheap plinking and light target shooting you can't beat the Neos. Very well made, solid feel, accurate, and shoots any kind of ammo, including all...
Our club has a welder build them for us. you might be able to find someone who welds to put something together for you for a lot less, especially after the cost of shipping. Steel is heavy.
I have two, a 4" and a 6" and love them. I have not tried high velocity through it. I have tried cheap brick ammo and some of the pricey target match stuff and it works well with all of it. CCI Green Tag is fantastic and not to crazy on price compared to some match ammo. Parts like mags are a...
