First it's not a M4 unless it's full auto. Second, at 3 power you should not be able to see the front sight post at all. At least you can't see the post on on my bros 1-4 when it's set at 4 power.

For those rounds defiantly start with the lee classic turret. You can start out single stage with the indexing rod out. Then move on to auto index once you have the hang. I started singe stage but now only use it for 308 and 270 rounds.

For anything larger than 223 and anything going in a precision/hunting load I much prefer single stage. You can use the lee classic turret single stage. Personally, I would not use the auto disk for above said rounds unless I was charging low and trickling up every load. Just like I do with the...
