The season is coming up quick in Texas but money can be pretty tight for a college student. Does anyone have any thoughts on ways to save money during the season? Maybe things like where to hunt, how to cut back on supplies, homemade remedies and anything else that could be of use?

Since you have no martial arts training, you may want to consider a knife that's intimidating and scary looking. You might have a better chance of scaring the other guy away than winning a knife fight, especially if your opponent does have some training. Just some food for thought.

I've owned three Leeks so far and have lost all but one (which I gave to my dad). I loved the knife except that it fell out of my pocket quite often. It's just something to look out for if you ride bikes or play sports much. Good luck with it!
