i carry owb concealed everyday. 1911 commander, pf9, or lcp. i make all my holsters. you can find pics of many holsters in other threads that members make. from what iv read most carry custom leather. far more comfortable than cookie cutter production but comes with a price.

depending on the money you want to spend a ruger p89 as mentioned earlier is an economical pistol. they feed well and arent very sensitive to infrequent cleanings. iv had one since they came out. after many years of shooting it is still very reliable and accurate. it is not as tight as my gold...

i did a search to find this thread. iv had a sa 4in gi on order for going on five months. just being curious i called sa to ask if there was some sort of manufacturing problem with the gi line of 1911s. their customer service told me that they were telling their distrubutors 1 year on orders...

this is my daily carry holster for my lcp. it is very comfortable. dodnt take too long to stitch. good holster for all day carry.
