500 yards and below...

Hi guys I just got my brand new Remington 22-250 Model 700, also i got a brand new scope its a tasco 3-9x40mm. I plan to site it in this weekend but i wanted to know how many yards should I site it in at. Paralax setting is it 100 yards. Thanks -Brian

the smaller the number of the twist the more powerfull the bullets u can use? I seen a 30-06 with a 10"" twist.....
