A bit of a late tip to post but for other people needing help;
The notches on the trigger pivot pin need to face DOWN.
When I reassembled I had them facing up. The Locking block will go in but will not seat correctly and will damage the finish on the frame on the right inside.
I absolutely hate mechanics sometimes. You have to get in a angry mood almost to the point of not caring about the finish to get it in there. Then it just pops in. JUST POPS IN SOMEHOW. grrrrrr
But from this I might make a video review with the little tips included.
