Also check out the Aker B21 leather belt. I've had one for over 2 years and it's working great. ~$35 when I got it too. last I knew www.galls.com stocked them.
I see Eric at HBE has a pocket holster built and ready to go. This is the same holster I've worn almost daily for 2 years. It's excellent, stays in the pocket, and also doesn't shift and rotate in most of the pants/shorts I wear.
www.hbeleatherworks.com "for sale"
I use an HBE Leatherworks pocket holster for my P32. It's similar to the ones in his forsale section. The rounded bottom in the pocket helps to "seat" it in my jean pockets.

That's a good question. I know it's came up when I've done training the shoot house. If you're in a violent situation who do you trust? Will they immediately shoot me when I point a gun and start yelling at them?
I checked yes for training. Although I'm not looking for "gun fighting" I'm looking for self defense training. The handgun is just one of the aspects I train with. I average 4-5 courses a year between handgun, hand to hand, and shotgun. Hopefully going to do some carbine training this...
I have my 870P "cruiser ready" Mag full minus one, chamber empty with the safety off and hammer down. That way if I need to transition to a slug it's ready to go. Or if not I'll start loading from the spare carrier.
I've got more flashlights than I know what to do with around the house and here's what I keep handy near the bed. Streamlight TL-2 in the drawer with the pistol. Mag 2C modded with a Cree XRE at 1A for utility tasks, plus a SF fore end on the shotgun in the corner.
