    I like to shoot my H&K USP Compact .40 and after a couple of hundred rounds bust out the FN Five Seven. Fun to go from snappy to the easy recoil of the 5 7. .

    Yep. Remington 700ADL in .308. Purchased it when I was 16...walked into Gemco in Sacramento in 1971 and laid 110$ on the counter of the sporting goods department... the sales person handed me the gun. No waiting, no background check, no questions. Those were the days. .

    .308, will take down anything in the USA, easy to find ammo, cheap surplus ammo for plinking, easy to reload. .
