New product lines for 2011, PMC introduce the "Precision", "Sidewinder", "One-Shot" lines of ammunition. The One-Shot shotshell line comes in High Velocity hunting loads, field and target loads as well as low velocity buckshot. PMC's Sidewinder ammo is .22 Long Rifle rimfire ammo. The "Gold Line - Starfire" pistol ammo comes in 380 auto, 38 Special, 357 Magnum, 40 S&W, 9mm luger, 44 Rem Mag, 45 Auto. The Bronze line runs from 25 auto through 45 auto with 10 different calibers and 21 different bullets sizes and types. In the Precision line all are suitable for hunting, and available in the following calibers: .223 Rem, .243 Rem, .270 Win, 7mm Rem Mag, .300 Win, .308 Win, 30-06, and 30-30.

I bought a couple of cases of Sidewinder from the CMP. :D

Apparently, PMC marketed Industrias Tecnicas ammo under their name, but didn't and doesn't actually make any.

I thought I had some squirreled away and went to find it. Turns out it was Armscor .22 MAG that was called Precision. That was really accurate in my REM 597 .22 MAG so I bought up all I could find locally when it was available (9 boxes left).

When I bought my first 10/22 20 years ago, I used to shoot PMC Zapper through it. Excellent ammo. More accurate than Minimags and just as reliable, but cheaper. Then, my LGS couldn't get it anymore. I called PMC and was told that they couldn't get it anymore, and they were looking for a new supplier. I was told it was made in Mexico. Never saw it again. There are a few shooters over on RFC that still have a stash of it.

12-13 years ago PMC made a fairly decent .22 SV target ammo. I believe it was called "ScoreMaster". The only problem was that it smelled to high heaven when shot. I used it for a while but got tired of the griping of my team mates on the firing line..........

PMC stopped production many years ago. Right after they did, Sportsman's Guide had cases of PMC Zapper for around $120 after shipping. I bought four. Still have one. It helped get me through the drought.

I also discovered far too late PMC Moderator which was an excellent sub-sonic load.
