Make up your mind Spikes, on your AR pirate lower you spell it "ARRR", while on your dust cover you spell it "ARRGH"
Anyone know where I can find a dusk cover where it is spelled "ARRR" to match the lower? The other spelling makes me think a pirate stubbed his toe.
Based on images on the internet I think they changed the spelling on the lower from ARRGH to ARRR at some point in production. Mine is spelled ARRR.

This may seem trivial to many but stuff like this sets off my OCD

Thanks

i just dug up a custom dust cover for my mom's build ("Calico Jack" pirate lower) that had the same skull/cutlasses logo but says "Dead Men Tell No Tales" adjacent.

Arrr! - This one is often confused with arrrgh, which is of course the sound you make when you sit on a belaying pin. "Arrr!" can mean, variously, "yes," "I agree," "I'm happy," "I'm enjoying this beer," "My team is going to win it all," "I saw that television show, it sucked!" and "That was a clever remark you or I just made." And those are just a few of the myriad possibilities of Arrr!

Different words having different meanings. Talk like a Pirate.

ARRR or ARRGH are just generic monster noises; what you want is 'YARRGH' ('matey' optional)

Ron--
That has my vote for Post Of The Month. Brought an Honest-to-God laugh. Thank you.

Is there a comedy subforum started? Every time I run into ron's posts, I have a sneaking suspicion there's always a joke within reach.

I checked the forum rules and nothing is written that says every post must be serious. I try to add some humor whenever possible. :)

On topic, I never would have dreamed I would have an interest in anything other than a plane Jane wrapper AR lower. However, some of this pirate stuff I actually would not mind owning. Pretty cool designs and pretty creative stuff.

Definitely cool in my book. I could see me building another LR .223 AR, laying the gun down, and burst out laughing everytime I saw it.
