Several months ago I picked up some 22-250 rounds at club swap meet and was told that all boxes were commercial ammo. Anyway, one box turned out to be reliads. Pulled the bullets and dumped the powder and will reload them using a 60 grain bullet. I was loading up some .223 Remington ammo last week and decided to use these 52 grain bullets to fire form some brass for a Savage bolt action. I was trying to use up the remainder of a pound of older BL-C 2 powder and I was surprised to find these bullets shot as good as my regular load of Nosler 55 gr with 23.5 grains of H335. Now I would like to find more of these bullets if they are still available. These reloads were probably close to 30 years old based on the box they were in. I've searched but still not finding any that look identical to these. Any help would be appreciated.

Just about anybody's 52 grain HP match bullet from back then.

Could only be Sierra, Hornady, or Speer though.

Take your pick, they all shoot the same as far as I ever noticed.

I think you may have nailed it. The Sierra Match King looks as close to it as I've seen so far. Will pick up a box and give them a try. Forgot to mention that there were 6 shots in that group. The first one was made by a 25.06 I had just purchased and was sighting it in, the next 5 were with these 52 Grain bullets. Thanks for your help!
