I know, I know, this has been beat to death, but here's just a few facts that were published in my most recent monthly nursing magazine.
1. Even though 5 mcg/dL is considered the blood lead level to become alerted, no blood lead amount is considered safe.
2. You cannot reverse damage done by lead exposure. You can only identify the source and remove it so no further exposure is present.
Just a couple of facts to consider.

In CA if you test and above 10 mcg/dL the lab is required to report ot the State. Then State calls you and sends you all kinds of :cuss: in the mail. (even got a DVD)
So much for HIPA, your lead level is considered a public health issue.

Pretty much traced my issues to the indoor range where I shoot. Cut wayyyyy back on going there.

I would urge anyone who shoots at an indoor range to get their levels checked.
