I was looking for info about the problem I was having. (my Jericho fails to eject the spent shell & the next round has no place to go) Well, someone who also owned a Jericho posted a picture of the same issue I am having, so I thought it may be inherent with this gun, maybe? Has anyone experienced this issue? What was your solution? Here is how it looks.

My first thoughts are extractor tension, extrator engagement....ive never owned one of these guns tho, so there maybe something inherent im missing

Is your extractor chipped? Nothing inherent to the design that I can think of, as (if I recall correctly) it is some sort of CZ descendant and I don't remember anything from those guns, or this.

It could be extractor engagement or tension, as stated above as well. I would be checking for a damaged one as well.

Has it always been like this? Did it just begin suddenly? What conditions were you shooting in? Have you cleaned the gun since it started malfunctioning? The more info you give us, the better we can help you.

Clone of a CZ-75 with cosmetic differences. It appears that the extractor hook lost control of the round. Possible causes - worn/out-of-spec/misshaped hook, inadequate tension, weak extractor spring, rough chamber.

I had a Baby Desert Eagle (same gun) in .45 that did the same thing after Magnum Research "repaired" it. About 10% of the time it would try and load a new round into the fired round. They never could fix it. They finally replaced it with one that said "Dresert Eagle" and wanted it back since ATF said it wasn't a legal name. They replaced that one and in about 100 rounds the decock lever broke in the middle of the slide and fell off. I finally fixed it, traded it for a Sig. Long explanation but I would lay it on poor manufacturing or repair since Magnum tried several times and failed on mine. It was a real shame to, that was one fine shooting pistol, that is when it actually went bang.

Replacing that extractor is pretty simple stuff. I'd do that. I can clearly see where the extractor engaged the spent shell but it obviously didn't grab it.
