Need help finding a budget scope...

Looking for a budget scope that still has decent glass and zero stop for my AR, I have a NXS and a SHV scope mounted on my other precision rifles, but have been eyeing a Viper PST that retails for half the price of another NXS, but makes me a little nervous since both of the current scopes work fine and have not laid hands on a Vortex before. I would pick up another SHV but it doesn't have a zero stop feature.

I read some reports of the glass not being up to par on the PST's however with inclusions or dust inside some reviewers scopes.

Those are decent scopes, I have a p308 on a 16" DPMS AP4 and it works well but I had to duct tape the turrets, they always moved after walking in the brush.

I ended up buying a Vortex and a Savage in Lapua. Decent glass, tried it in the store, will try it in the field this weekend. Now I'm scurrying to hide the goods before misses gets of work.
