Excellent. Constitutional Carry is going quite well in Arizona, so I'm glad New Hampshire is going through with it.

With NH adopting Constitutional Carry, along with the 12 other states that have adopted it,that makes it a total of 13 states. That is 26% of the US where our rights are not infringed with regard to concealed carry.Other states are leaning that way too.

I've lost track of who does and doesn't have it. Alaska, Vermont, Arizona, Missouri... anybody have a list?

Congratulations NH. It's obvious from reading the article that this is something that the NH citizenry wanted for a very long time. This is not only a giant step forward for the 2nd amendment, but for citizen rights in general.

Last month SB12 passed through the state Senate. today despite the snow, it absolutely sailed through the House by a 2-1 margin! Governor Sununu has stated he will sign it. Vermont, then Maine, now NH. Northern New England is rockin Constitutional carry!

Like Maine, is this one going to be 'sorta' Constitutional carry?

Maine, unlike Vermont, has restrictions such as no carry in certain parks, duty to inform if no permit, etc...

Coming up on twenty years ago, Bill Kurtis on A&E did a hit piece against the Second Amendment. Near the end of the show, he suggests the end has come for gun rights in the U.S.

The A&E website left the comments section open for weeks. Once the tide turned to a tsunami for the right to self defense, comments were closed.

How wrong was Bill. We've had growing, meaningful acknowledgment of that right.

Congratulations New Hampshire.

That seems to be a recurring theme wherever CC finally becomes law...
