Hi guys, i am new to this forum. My native language is not English so bare with me.
I came over a Rogers & Spencer cal. 44. I think it is in good condition. Ihave shot a few bullits trough it. I load it with German Jagt Swarts powder 15 grain.
What do think about that. It,s an original gun.

I've got two of them, one fitted with a conversion cylinder as well as the cap cylinder. They are the most accurate of all my cap and ball revolvers. I like the stouter loads so 30 grains 3f under a felt wad and .454 ball is my normal load. The conversion cylinder, 45Colt with 28 grains 3f, over powder wax card and a 250 grain, lubed, round nose flat point bullet.
The grips on these guns seem tailor made for my hand.

Both of these are Euro Arms, made by Armi San Marco.

Armi San Paulo made plenty of Rogers & Spencers for Euroarms. I don't know about Armi San Marco making any. Are you sure about the ASM R&S?
I'm still learning something new every day.

You are absolutely correct I've confused the two Gun Makers. The Spencer I just took down has the GDG stamp under the barrel hard against the frame, one has to completely remove the loading lever and base pin. Poorly stamped but visible. That's here in Rhode Island, this one is fairly new and was NIB when I bought it two years ago, it has the CF year code, 2010. The other is at the Florida House and is older and more used.

I have a Remington NMA made by Armi San Marco, it has the makers mark a stylized ASM.

Got to the point in life where I believe I could plan my own surprise party.:)

Thanks for the correction.

Nice looking gun. When you get nice group on a target, take a picture of the target, and post it here.

I would go one better and say that it's in great condition! That's one of the nicest looking Rogers and Spencer revolvers I have ever seen! Thanks for sharing it with us!
