Inspired by Old Unc's Colt snubbie post I picked this SNR at Wally World for $68 on a trip for CO2. I own two Ruger 357's and one Colt Trooper 357mag. I like 357 revolvers. The SNR shoots bb and pellets but doesn't have rifled barrel so I expect wouldn't be as accurate with pellets as it would be with rifled barrel. After adjusting rear sights and shooting off bench it was accurate enough for a short barrel. Haven't tried pellets yet. The hammer is sloppy when not cocked and the grips would be better if they didn't have slight movement and were screwed through the grip frame. Those are the cons IMO. The pros are it's all metal frame and is finished nicely. Has nice heft and feels like the real deal. Although not a clone of a specific gun it has a working ejector(not needed) and a S&W style cylinder release. another nice thing is I don't loose hardly a bit of CO2 when loading a cartridge. I like the feel and the look of this air gun and as long as it holds up I'm good with it. IMG_0654.JPG IMG_0652.JPG

I got wondering what manufacturer made my Crosman SNR since it's made in Taiwan. The Win gun name popped up in searches as a producer of Crosman air guns in Taiwan which makes sense since the casings of the "bullets" are marked win gun. I found win guns sold at Pyramid air, one of which is the Dan Wesson snubbie which looks exactly the same as my SNR except for the nice stainless looking finish of the DW. So it seems I got the same gun minus the stainless look for $40 less. I'm getting more pleased with this gun all the time. Also the DW doesn't shoot pellets which the SNR shoots pretty well at 21ft.
