Setting up for 243AI question ...

I have a complete set of dies in .243 Win. I’m having one of my .243s rechambered in .243 Ackley Improved. I’ll order a new full length sizing die, of course. Can I use my .243 Win neck sizer and bullet seater dies, or should they be replaced, too?

I see no reason to replace them, should be just fine. You may need a different seating stem if you load the VLD bullets.

I have 243 with Kreiger barrel and 243AI with Hart barrel. My 243AI the shoulders are move forward and case body is wider at start of shoulder. I can not use 243 seater, neck die

I'm on short sleep this week, but aren't there two 243 AI's? A 30 degree straight blow forward, and a 40 degree blow out? Without pulling reamer prints, I'd venture the 30deg would work with existing dies, and venture the blown out 40 would not.

What brand of dies do you have? If they are hornadys the neck sizers and seaters are generic to the caliber.

Current dies are Lee Precision. Looking at Redding for the Ackley.
