I picked up a set of used dies at a nearby gunshop yesterday, in an RCBS green case. They were from the estate of a man who had been reloading for 50 or so years. Only RCBS die was a neck sizer for 243 Winchester. But there were 2 more dies that weren't RCBS. One is a bullet seater and the other a full length sizer, both for 243 Win. Turns out they are C H dies. Never heard of them until yesterday. Anybody use them before?

I have a couple, acquired much the same way yours were. They seem to work well. I think Hornady bought them out? I might be confusing C-H with Pacific Chrome on that count.

C-H (Now CH4D) is last of true all American made manufacturer of reloading equipment that resisted the temptation of globalization (Edit: Along with Lee Precision and Redding) - https://ch4d.com/

I have used C-H 205 single stage press for years along with 3/4 station "H" type presses and C-H 502 micrometer powder measure out meters many popular measures more consistently and with standard die thread can be used on any press - https://www.thehighroad.org/index.php?threads/powder-measure-reccomendations.863943/#post-11398909

After some research, I decided on C-H swage kit to remove crimped primer pockets - https://www.ch4d.com/products/equipment/priming-tools/psk

I'm still using my grand father's single stage CH press. It makes good ammo still. I've resisted the temptation to go progressive because reloading is my slow down time.

I have a set of their dies, their swage kit, powder drop and several of their H presses. Good quality, especially their press. I tried a new “modern” single stage press in an attempt to make better reloads. I can’t measure any appreciable difference in runout or consistency.

Are you saying Redding isn't made in USA?

I’d rate the quality of CH dies the same as Herters. Both were budget dies back in the day.
In fact, most Herters dies were made and re-branded by CH. Lyman made some Herters dies as well.

I was under the impression their standard die sets (not the premium, hunter, etc) were made elsewhere, though I may be wrong on that.
This is what it says on their "Total Quality" page - https://www.redding-reloading.com/

"... We also took time to further our commitment to being 100% American Made by replacing our previous caps with an American made product. While doing so an employee asked if we would make a pink cap for women. Not only did we make the pink cap for women but we elected to donate 100% of its proceeds to the new Women’s Oncology Project at Camp Good Days and Special Times ..."

Clearly I was under the wrong impression. That's good, because quite a bit of my stuff is Redding.

I used to have a set of CH 41 Long Colt dies, and they worked fine. I currently have a set of 256 mag forming dies and am pleased with them.
